"I Can't Go For That" - Hall & Oates (Cover by Nicki Bluhm & the Gamblers) I love it when I'm introduced to something so fascinating as this awesome video that I have to show it off (even if over 1.5 million viewers watched it before me). Now normally I'm anti-cover, but I can't help but appreciate a version almost as good as the original (and one that I actually enjoy more than the original). This was like the time I saw the 5-on-1-guitar rendition of the now overplayed Gotye feat. Kimbra song, "Somebody That I Used to Know" except I doubt this song will flood the airwaves since it's ions old. But...they did bring back the ridiculous fashion sense of the 80's and 90's, so I can't be too sure this isn't going to happen. The only difference is that I'd embrace it because unlike clothes, music gets better with time. On a different note, I found the title of this song fitting for what I just discovered a few days ago.
